　　The First Gliding Lesson

　　1--What was your first gliding lesson like?

　　2--If was very interesting.

　　1--How did you start?

　　2--Well, the instructor showed me the controls.

　　1--What happened next?

　　2--The instructor showed me how to use them. Then

　　we went for a short flight.

　　1--Were you nervous when you took over the

　　controls for the first time?

　　2--Yes, very. My hands were trembling.

　　1--Did you have any moments of panic?

　　2--Yes, when the glider was rushing towards the

　　ground and I suddenly forgot what to do.

　　1--That must have been frightening.

　　注解：

　　1)glide：滑翔。glider：滑翔機(jī)

　　2)show me the controls：show作“告知”或(通過(guò)示范)

　　“教”解。controls(多用復(fù)數(shù))：操縱裝置。

　　3)take over the controls：take over作“接過(guò)來(lái)”解。

　　這里指學(xué)員從教練手中接過(guò)操縱器，自行駕駛。

　　4)moments of panic：感到驚慌、恐懼的時(shí)刻。

　　1--你第一節(jié)滑翔課上得怎么樣啊?

　　2--非常有意思。

　　1--你是怎么開(kāi)始的?

　　2--哦，教員告訴我哪些是操縱器。

　　1--然后呢?

　　2--教員給我示范如何使用這些操縱器。接著我們就飛了

　　一小段距離。

　　1--當(dāng)你第一次進(jìn)行操縱的時(shí)候，你緊張不緊張?

　　2--非常緊張。我的'雙手都哆嗦了。

　　1--你有感到驚慌失措的時(shí)候嗎?

　　2--有。當(dāng)滑翔機(jī)朝地面俯沖去的時(shí)候，我簡(jiǎn)直不知所措了。

　　1--那一定讓人膽戰(zhàn)心驚。
