　　SAP面試經(jīng)驗

　　問題: 為什么離職?

　　好吧, 又是一個三遍的問題! 所以大家在離職后找工作的時候, 這個問題自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.

　　我的回答就是為了職業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃而離職的. 具體原因可參見第一部分"離職原因"的分析.

　　這里還有一點要提的是, 回答這個問題的時候, 面試官會可能會追問你為什么上一家公司和你的職業(yè)發(fā)展不符合, 而SAP公司為什么又會符合的我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃的?

　　因為我的長久計劃是想成為IT咨詢師, 與之前公司的發(fā)展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.

　　問題三: 為什么要來SAP? 為什么不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT咨詢的公司?

　　呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!

　　呵...當(dāng)然不能這么說啦. 不過這個問題我還真沒想過, 頓時有點手忙腳亂了. 后面才看出來, 他給我下了個套, 壞人呢!

　　我就說SAP在ERP的IT咨詢方面是世界的老大, IT咨詢非常之成熟. 與我的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)那真是契合的不得了呀, 當(dāng)然要選SAP啦.

　　所以對我來說, SAP就是right bus啦. 只是不曉得, 對SAP來說, 我算不算right person了?!

　　他說這次招得是開發(fā)人員, 是純技術(shù)人員, 好像和我的遠(yuǎn)大志向不太合適吧?

　　我說成為一個conslutant是一個長期的目標(biāo), 但并不妨礙我現(xiàn)在繼續(xù)做開發(fā), 而且還是在一個consluting公司做開發(fā), 蠻合適的.

　　更何況就我現(xiàn)在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒有相關(guān)的工作背景, 且沒有任何的domain背景, 估計也沒人會理我的.

　　所以我是做了長期的打算, 想靜下心來, 從一個開發(fā)人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產(chǎn)品, 進(jìn)而了解產(chǎn)品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向咨詢師的道路.

　　這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的時間才能入門吧, 我已經(jīng)做了心理準(zhǔn)備.

　　問題: 你知道SAP是做什么的嗎? IT consluting與SAP consluting有什么區(qū)別?

　　經(jīng)過了上個問題, 我的氣場明顯弱了許多. 感覺要壞事了.

　　果然, 我講了對SAP的了解, 其實了解的也并不是很多. 然后我無法區(qū)分IT consluting與SAP consluting...

　　這是我整個面試以來, 唯一敗下陣來的'地方.

　　然后他對我說, 其實我并不了解SAP和SAP做的事情, 也不明白IT consluting與SAP consluting的區(qū)別.

　　于是, 接下來的十幾分鐘時, 他給我上了一課.
